| Huff 'N Puff Race Postponed |

March 7, 2008—
The Huff 'N Puff on the Bluff race and relay have been postponed until June 7, 2008. The Pasta Dinner will be held on June 6.
The race is being postponed due to the weather forecast that is predicting 1-3 inches of ice and/or snow overnight and the possibility of more snow on Saturday. Although, as we all know, there may in fact be no snow accumulation at all, we felt it better to postpone the race now rather than taking a chance that it would have to be called off at the last minute on Saturday morning. We hope you can appreciate the agony that went into making this decision.
The new date for the Huff 'N Puff was determined taking into consideration the area race schedule and the availability of the Sheffield Recreation Center facilities.

Early packet pickup & late registration will be from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, at the Sheffield Recreation Center.
Race day packet pickup begins at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.

| Hot Shots Sports Photography Returns for 2008 |

| February 21, 2008—
Hot Shots Sports Photography will be the Official Photographer of the 2008 Huff 'N Puff race.
Digital photos will be taken at the finish line and various other locations along the course.
Prints will be available for purchase from
their web site.

| GP-38 Returns to Provide Event Entertainment |
|
| February 21, 2008—For the fifth year,
the band GP-38 will be performing in the Recreation Center gymnasium for your post-race
enjoyment. The gym will be open to runners, friends, and spectators, from the time the winners
finish the race right up to the start of the awards ceremony at 11:00 a.m. Check out their

| Pasta Dinner |
|
| February 21, 2008—Join us on Friday, March 7, for a pasta
dinner in the Sheffield High School Cafeteria, just across the street from the Recreation Center. The dinner will
be available from 6:00 PM through 8:00 PM. Tickets are $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for children 10 & under. Tickets
may be purchased here when you register. The food will be prepared by the volunteers of the American Red Cross of Northwest Alabama.

| HUFF 'N PUFF Training Runs |
|
| December 2, 2007—Come join us on Sunday afternoons for a training run on the Huff 'N Puff course.
The group meets at 2:00 pm each Sunday at the Sheffield Recreation Center.
