Hirbo Hirbo (Florence, AL) and
Lori Goldweber (Birmingham, AL) were the overall winners of the 2010 Huff 'N Puff on the Bluff.
The second and third overall males were Josh Whitehead and Israel Melendez while Sandy Lynch and Christie Thigpen-Gann took second and third in the female division.
Goldweber and Melendez doubled as masters division winners.

Lori Goldweber (Birmingham, AL) were the overall winners of the 2009 Huff 'N Puff on the Bluff.
Scott Strand was second overall and also took the male masters award. Lori Goldweber was the female masters winner as well as overall female.
Owen Bradley rounded out the top three overall positions while Christie Thigpen and Sandy Lynch were second and third overall females.

Whitney Montgomery (Moulton, AL) were the overall winners of the 2008 Huff 'N Puff on the Bluff, and were crowned 2008 RRCA Alabama State 15K Champions.
Strand also took the male masters award. Lori Goldweber (Birmingham, AL) was the female masters winner as well as second overall female.
Pam Berry (Hartselle, AL) and John Aikin (Florence, AL) were the Grandmasters winners.

RRCA Southern Region Championship Awards
Heath White, of Moulton, is the 2007 RRCA Southern Region Champion with a winning time of 55:17.
Emry McKay, of Florence, is the women's 2007 RRCA Southern Region Champion with a time of 1:04:49.
Gail Whelan of Huntsville, AL, claimed the Female Masters award with a time of 1:07:26.
Jon Elmore of Decatur, AL, claimed the Male Masters award with a time of 58:01.
Melanie Nero of Birmingham, AL, claimed the Female Grandmasters award with a time of 1:24:11.
Richard Royce of Mooreville, MS, claimed the Male Grandmasters award with a time of 1:05:11.

Emry McKay, UNA cross country runner standout, is the women's 2006 RRCA Alabama State 15K Champion with a time of 1:00:06.
Gail Whelan of Huntsville, AL, claimed the Female Masters award for the second consecutive year with a time of 1:09:29. Finishing second overall and
winning the Male Masters division, also for the second year, was Lance Winders of Mansfield, TN, with a 54:21.
Four Alabama state age records were set during the race.

- Brooke Pruitt (24F) - 1:01:22
- Derick Hallmark (17M) - 57:50

Scott Strand of Homewood, AL, successfully defends his title as Alabama Road Runners Club Of America (RRCA) State 15K Champion with a time of 49:48.
Brooke McDaniel of Huntsville, AL, is the women's 2005 RRCA State 15K Champion with a winning time of 1:00:43.
Gail Whelan of Huntsville, AL, claimed the Female Masters spot with a time of 1:08:33. Finishing second overall and
winning the Male Masters division was Lance Winders of Mansfield, TN, with a 52:03.

to the 2004 Alabama Road Runners Club Of America (RRCA) State 15K Champions, Scott and Lori Strand of Birmingham.
In running to the top female spot in the 2nd Annual Huff 'N Puff on
the Bluff 15K, Lori set a new Alabama State Overall Female 15K record
with a time of 57:07. Husband Scott also set an Alabama State Record
for 36 year-old males with a 48:44 finish on the hilly course.
Athena Naugher of Hokes Bluff claimed the Female Masters spot, also setting
a record for 48 year-old females. Athena's time was
1:05:53. The Male Masters division was won by Marty Clarke of Huntsville
with a 53:58. Other state records set today were James Terwilliger (25M
- 49:55), Bill Chubb (72M - 1:20:38) and James Howell (82M - 1:51:24).
